Las Vegas Alize’ Restaurant

May 30th, 2007 by Las Vegas USA Blog

The Alize’ luxury restaurant is located on top of the Palms Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. 55 stories high, this restaurant is glamorous and the French Cuisine is Gourmet. You can sample brandy and cognac 2 centuries old, at prices equivalent to over 1 dollar per year, while looking out over the Red Rock mountains and the Las Vegas Strip.

As part of Andre’ Rochat’s Gastronomy Group, you can also sip some of the specialty drinks made with Andre’s own brand of vodka, or taste the infused difference drinking it neat. With it’s own wine room separating the bar from the restaurant, you can enjoy somewhat large and private parties.

The Alize’ restaurant also features some of Las Vegas’ tastiest specialties, including Smoked Scottish Salmon soaked in Sour Cream & Chive Blinis on Asparagus, Baked Anjou Pear salad with Roquefort Cheese, Muscovy Duck Breast with Baby Artichokes, Pink Radishes and Almonds.

They offer up some great seafood as well, from Ahi Tuna with Sauteed Foie Gras, to endangered Chilean Sea Bass, to Main Lobster.
