They’re bald, they’re blue, and they will make you laugh.

I’m talking about the Blue Man Group, Vegas’s premiere entertainment group.

These guys are about as blue as ugly blue can get - well, not exactly ugly. Let’s try incandescent, glow-in-the-dark, cobalt blue. Weird. You’d think they were from another planet and I think you’re supposed to. No ears. That about sums it up. Then there’s the penchant for food. Huge amounts of it, which they voraciously shove into their big bald faces like little boys about to hit a growth spurt. Yes, and they’re funny, in a sort of multi-media way.

It’s like a vaudeville act and a rock concert light show thrown into one. And they’re not just out of this world, they’re world travelers, taking their show to Chicago, the Big Apple, Sweden, anywhere they can gather an audience; and I’m thinking they can gather an audience anywhere. This theatrical rendition and powerhouse trio can be seen right here in Las Vegas any night of the week at The Venetian (where else?).
