From acerbic comedy to innovative magic, sight gags to special effects be prepared. The Amazing Johnathan includes a far share of audience participation so expect the unexpected especially if you are lucky enough to be seated close to the stage.

Johnathan doesn’t actually do ‘magic’ on stage unless you count shocking the audience. What he actually does is start out like he’s going to do a magic trick, usually one we’ve all seen a million times, but either doesn’t finish the trick or somehow twists it around with a new ending.

The Amazing Johnathan has been featured in Rolling Stone magazine and The New York Times and he has received Las Vegas Review-Journal’s “Best of Las Vegas” awards with “Best Show” and “Best Comedian”.

Although The Amazing Johnathan has spent time at the The Flamingo and The Riviera his home is now at the Sahara Hotel & Casino which has been host to just about every major star since it opened in the early 1950s.
