Las Vegas Restaurants, Alizé At The Top Of The Palms

August 24th, 2007 by Las Vegas USA Blog

The Alizé At The Top Of The Palms is, as the www.Andrelv.com web sites says:

“…located on the top floor of the Palms Casino Resort. Named after the gentle trade winds that sweep the French Caribbean Islands, Alizé features world-class cuisine, service and wine list with the most dramatic view of the famous Las Vegas Strip.”

André Rochat is the chef and proprietor of this popular, respected and award winning Las Vegas restaurant on the famous Strip. Condé Nast Traveler Magazine named this now famous restuarant as being one of the top quality new restuarants anywhere in the entire world.

The view from the Alizé At The Top Of The Palms is almost worth it alone. Overlooking the Strip from its high vantage point, it’s a pleasure to relax and watch the Las Vegas world go by far below. André opened his famous restuarant on November the 15th of 2001. The world-class food, the excellent service, and the sublime wine list quickly made it a winner all round.

The Alizé At The Top Of The Palms does not have a strict dress code. However, they do expect their diners to be considerate of others. They ask request that gentlemen wear, “resort-evening casual” dress, saying that jackets and ties are not essential, but on the other hand, jeans and a T-shirt is not quite respectful enough. Ladies are expected to wear, “considerate apparel.” They ask that everyone looks respectful, and above all, enjoys themselves at one of the finest of all Las Vegas restuarants.
