Madame Tussauds Las Vegas
Madame Tussauds is usually more associated with London, England, but this one is in Las Vegas, and every bit as good as its British counterpart. The attraction is open daily from 10am to 11pm. It can be found inside the Venetian Hotel and Casino, which can be found at the intersection of the Strip and Spring Mountain Road.

There are more than 100 delicately designed replicas of the famous and fabulous in the world of film TV, sports and music. Lifelike is a word you will get used to as every model is just that. Another sighting of Elvis? You’ll think so when you see his wax model. It’s that good!

Spirit of America is one of the themed exhibits that is likely to interest everyone. It honors Americans who have made a real difference to the country’s past. Here you will find staunch patriots such as George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, John F Kennedy and others. Las Vegas entertainers from yesteryear are also featured, such as the inimitable Liberace, Frank Sinatra, Siegfried & Roy, and Wayne Newton.

Did I mention Elvis earlier? I did, and The King In Concert exhibition really does appear to bring him back again. Fans can be photographed shaking hands with him, and believe me, it really does look genuine, No wonder they claim sightings of Elvis when it gets this real.

The Madame Tussauds display is interactive in many areas. Perhaps the best one, for the ladies at least, is the Marry Clooney exhibition. Here they can don a wedding dress, veil, bouquet - the lot - and stand next to George Clooney, or his wax double to be more accurate, and have their picture taken. The wax model doesn’t seem to mind in the least.
