Las Vegas Restaurants, Charlie Palmer Steakhouse at the Four Seasons

October 5th, 2007 by Las Vegas USA Blog

Charlie Palmer Steakhouse at the Four Seasons has had the Las Vegas Review Journal vote it the “best steakhouse in Las Vegas.” This is all the more of an accolade as it came just a mere four months after Charlie Palmer Steakhouse at the Four Seasons opened!

The steakhouse is located in the only five-diamond hotel in the city. Charlie Palmer creates steaks that have a traditional edge to them. He prepares aged beef with an emphasis on quality. The options on the menu change, but the quality remains. Seafood and fish can also be found on this amazing menu.

Desserts! What can one say about the desserts at the Charlie Palmer Steakhouse. They are divine to say the least. These are not merely sweet dishes, blends of fruit and dairy products and more. These are creations to melt the soul.

“… for a sweet ending, desserts cannot be skipped. Light, elegant desserts full of intense flavors are the perfect finish to a delightful meal.”

That’s what the Robb Report had to say about the desserts at Charlie Palmer Steakhouse. They also said this about the main offering:

“For his version of an American steakhouse, Chef Charlie Palmer created an innovative menu with a twist on traditional fare. The finest in meat selections are offered, including a 16 oz. New York strip steak, a 28 oz. Kansas City rib eye, and 48 oz. Porterhouse for two, and a 6 oz. filet mignon served with lobster, “surf and turf” style.”

Charlie Palmer Steakhouse is an experience, one not to be missed!
