Get Some Las Vegas Exercise

Hanging out in Las Vegas is great, but with so many all you can eat buffets happening, you might notice your belt needing to be let out after a day or two. To prevent the inevitable Las Vegas bloat, here are a few solutions:

Walk
The Strip is huge and just hiking from one end to the other is going to give you a great workout. Take the opportunity to walk down to the Aladdin to see the Pirate ship light display, head up to Fremont Street by foot instead of taking a cab, or just wander around and enjoy yourself.

Bike
What better way to get some exercise than to take a Valley of Fire Mountain Bike Tour? Granted, this is for the more fit in the group, but if you enjoy biking, this is a wonderful way to enjoy some incredible scenery.

Hit the Gym
Many of the Las Vegas hotels, such as the MGM Grand, have their own gyms right in the hotel. Take full advantage of that and do a morning or an evening workout to offset those calories ingested during your massive lobster lunch.

There“s no reason to leave your health behind in Las Vegas, not with so many wonderful options for enjoying some great exercise!
